Performance overview
Campaign performance
Spend, delivery, and the conversion event configured on each ad set.
Spend, then conversions · cost per conversion. Tap a campaign for the rest.
| Campaign / account | Spend | Impressions | Outbound clicks | Conversions | Cost per conversion | CTR | CPC | Current bid cap | Manage |
|---|
About these numbers
- Clicks are outbound clicks to websites. CPC = spend ÷ clicks; CTR = clicks ÷ impressions.
- Conversions use each ad set’s configured event as of the last refresh. Different events are shown separately, never added together. They are not approved affiliate commissions.
- Bid caps are today’s ad-set settings (including paused ad sets), not the selected dates.
- Currencies are never combined. Each account reports in its own timezone. Last 7/14/30 days exclude today; Lifetime is all history Meta makes available.
Account freshness and coverage
Daily performance
One row per day. Select a campaign to compare its performance with bid-cap changes.
| Day | Spend | Impressions | Outbound clicks | Conversions | Cost per conversion | CTR | CPC | Bid cap that day |
|---|
About these numbers
- Clicks are outbound clicks to websites. Today is partial; future dates are blank.
- Monthly CPC, CTR and cost per conversion come from the monthly totals, not an average of days. Cost per conversion needs a single conversion event with at least one conversion.
- Different conversion events are listed separately, using the configuration at the last refresh.
| Creative | Ad set | Ad name | Asset name | Ad status | Spend | Conversions | Cost per conversion |
|---|
About these numbers
- One row per image or video in each ad, highest spend first. An asset reused in several ads appears once per ad.
- Results use Meta’s media breakdown and each ad set’s attribution. “Not reported” means Meta returned no result for that asset. Ads Meta does not break down by creative (a single image or video, a carousel, an existing post) are listed as one row with the ad’s own totals, marked “Whole ad” unless the ad has just one image or video.
- Ad status is current, not historical. Last 7 days are the seven completed days before today.
- Hover a row or tap a thumbnail to preview. Videos show a still image and never play.
Resolved
About this page
- Checks campaigns, ad sets and ads that are switched on, plus the ad account itself. Issues on paused or archived items are not flagged.
- Review: rejected ads, ads rejected on some placements, and ads waiting for review. Delivery: problems Meta reports on the campaign, ad set or ad, failed delivery checks, billing holds and “Learning limited”.
- Checked when you open this page and every 5 minutes while it stays open. Meta does not send alerts to Fivefold, so nothing is checked while the page is closed.
- Resolved issues come from earlier checks and from Meta’s activity log (rejections followed by approval, last 90 days). “Turned off” means the item was paused rather than fixed.
Connect each ad account with a system user token from the Meta business that owns it. Fivefold checks the token with Meta, stores it encrypted, and it never expires. Each connection only reaches the ad account ID saved on its card.
Authorize this connection
Open this one-time link in the browser session for the matching Meta administrator. It expires in 10 minutes. Only grant access to the intended account.
Disconnect removes the stored token and cached data from Fivefold. To revoke access in Meta, revoke the system user’s token in Business Settings (or remove the app in Business Integrations for a Facebook login).
Budgets, bid caps & delivery
Choose a campaign or ad set, preview the new value, then approve and apply it. Bid caps are editable only for ad sets already using the Bid cap strategy; choose “All ad sets in this campaign” to set the same bid cap on all of them at once.
Review queue
Approvals expire after 15 minutes. Current campaign values are checked again before applying.
Recent activity
About statuses
- Statuses come straight from Meta and already combine an item’s own switch with its campaign’s and ad set’s: Active, Off, Campaign off, Ad set off, In review, Processing, Pre-approved, Rejected (with Meta’s reasons), With issues, Billing info needed, Archived.
- Ad sets also show Learning and Learning limited. Problems Meta reports on any item are listed under it.
- Drafts that exist only in Ads Manager (“A preparar”, unpublished edits) are not visible to other tools until they are published.
- Editing an ad’s text, link or button makes a new creative, because Meta creatives cannot be changed; Meta then reviews the ad again. Budgets and bids stay within the limits set in Connections.
Drafts
Saved in Fivefold only. Nothing goes to Meta until you open a draft and press Create paused.
Recent launches
Everything is created paused. Check it, then switch it on here.
About launching
- Copying an ad set reuses its objective, conversion event, targeting, audiences, placements, attribution and bid strategy. You set the names, budget, bid, files and ad text.
- A copy to another account (Campaigns → Copies go to) keeps the settings, targeting, placements, bidding and each ad’s text and button. Its images and videos are copied into that account’s media library one by one. That account’s own Page, Instagram, Threads, pixel or custom conversion and EU details are chosen here; custom audiences are matched by name and the rest are left out and listed. Rejected ads are not copied.
- Budgets and bids must stay within the caps set for the account in Connections. Launching needs “Allow approved campaign changes” on for that account.
- Files go straight to the account’s Meta media library. Videos need a minute or so of processing before they can be used.
- Nothing delivers until you press Switch on: a new campaign (or new ad set) stays paused, with its ads inside ready to go. New ads in an existing ad set are paused one by one. Switch on turns on only what this launch created; an existing campaign or ad set that is off stays off.
- Before anything is created, Meta checks the exact campaign, ad set and ad (including the button) without creating them. A new ad set or ad is checked inside the copied ad set, or a matching one in the account. If Meta refuses anything, nothing is created. Check with Meta runs the same check on its own.
- Fivefold follows the usage figures Meta sends with every reply and slows down before Meta’s rate limit. If Meta does block for a while, the launch waits and carries on by itself, for up to an hour in total.
One connection for Codex
Your assistant uses Fivefold’s tools. Meta credentials stay in this service.
- Keep the Fivefold service running on your Oracle server.
- Add the MCP configuration from the project’s SETUP.md to Codex.
- Reload MCP connections, then ask: “List my Fivefold accounts.”
The local bridge reads its private token from the project’s environment file. For a remote client, use a bearer token over HTTPS. Never paste Meta tokens into a conversation.
Connect your real Meta accounts
- In the business that owns the ad accounts, create a Meta business app with Marketing API access.
- Put its app ID and app secret in the server’s private environment file (a second business uses the META_APP_TWO_… settings, and so on).
- Add a system user in that business and generate a token; Connections lists the exact steps.
- Paste the token on the account’s card in Connections.
Optional fallback: a Facebook login link also needs a login configuration ID and this callback registered in Meta.
Real campaign changes require the global live-write switch, account permission, and approval of an exact proposal. Sample mode uses a separate database and cannot contact Meta.
